Matt is the Vice President of Moser's Application Services division, and has been with the company for over 12 years. He started off with Moser as a Senior Consultant, and has served as Tech Lead for .NET Development and as a Practice Director for Application Development on the journey to his current role. He is passionate about solving complex problems, building compelling software products, and he strives to put his team members in positions to be successful. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, board games, video games, and woodworking.

Marc is the Director of Software Engineering at Moser Consulting and has over twenty years of experience delivering custom software solutions. He has an extensive background in both the federal government and commercial sectors, with experience in military aviation, logistics, and consulting. Marc brings experience leading projects large (>$5M annual budget) and small (<$20K), advising our clients how to right-size solutions. Marc embraces the Agile concept of providing value quickly and then adding iterative improvements. In his free time, Marc enjoys volunteering as a youth basketball coach and hosting family game nights.

Natalie is passionate about creating amazing user experiences through thoughtfully built web applications. As Director of Moser Labs, Natalie oversees the strategy, planning and execution of Moser's internal business apps. Through her 15+ years at Moser, Natalie has worked as UX Designer, Scrum Master (CSM Certified), and Team Manager. Natalie believes strong teams are built through collaboration and transparency and she's always looking for ways to leverage her teammate's strengths. Natalie is a creator by nature, and in her free time she has been learning watercolor and helping friends with business branding and design needs.

Malinda Lowder is the Sales & Marketing Director at Moser Consulting. She is a full-service brand manager who focuses on integrating print, web, and social media. With over 25 years of experience in the Indianapolis area, both as an in-house designer and a freelancer, she understands the pressures of this fast-paced, deadline-driven industry. Her aim is to become a critical team member, working creatively to meet corporate needs by leveraging the best of her talents and skills. Malinda consistently creates award-winning work, even under the greatest pressure.

Evan Vance is a Business Account Representative for Moser Consulting and has been with Moser since the start of 2024. He is focusing on the Learning Services department at Moser. He is excited to find and help employers and employees become the best person they can be. In his free time, you could find him on the golf course or simply spending quality time with his wife and son.
